About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Commercial Team, the Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support across commercial, procurement and project delivery functions to ensure the efficient operation of the project.
Working closely with project leadership, commercial teams, subcontractors and suppliers, you will assist with project reporting, document management, procurement administration, invoice processing, subcontract administration and project systems management.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of project operations, ensuring processes run smoothly while supporting the successful delivery of a major project.

About You
You are highly organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative capability and enjoy working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.
To be successful, you will bring:
A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Administration, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in project administration or a related support role.
Exposure to construction, infrastructure, engineering or project environments (highly regarded).
Experience in project administration, construction administration or commercial administration.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records.
Strong communication skills and a professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing documentation, registers, reporting and project systems.
Confidence working with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn project management platforms and commercial systems.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing administrative support to project and commercial teams.
Maintaining project documentation, registers, records and filing systems.
Administering project collaboration platforms including systems such as Aconex, Informed365, DocuSign and similar project management tools.
Processing invoices, commitments, purchase orders and job costing information.
Supporting subcontract administration activities and project procurement processes.
Assisting with project reporting, progress claim administration and maintenance of contract registers.
Managing project accommodation, travel bookings, office functionality and equipment coordination where required.
Supporting project procedures relating to correspondence, document control and information distribution.
Assisting with maintaining compliance documentation including insurances, bank guarantees and subcontractor information.
