About the Opportunity
As a Senior HSE Advisor, you will provide leadership, advice and guidance to project teams, ensuring legislative obligations and company management system requirements are effectively implemented across our workplaces. You will work closely with project leadership teams to drive proactive safety behaviours, manage risk, investigate incidents and support continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You are an experienced HSE professional who leads through influence, credibility and a genuine commitment to protecting people. You understand that effective safety leadership is not just about compliance—it's about building relationships, coaching teams and creating environments where people can perform safely and confidently.
To be successful, you will bring:
Minimum qualification of a Cert IV in Work, Health and Safety
Extensive experience working in senior HSE roles within the construction industry for a Principal Contractor.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, OFSC criteria, codes of practice, environmental requirements, industry standards and contractor management.
Experience supporting large-scale commercial, civil, industrial or Defence construction projects.
Excellent investigation, reporting and risk management capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with workers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients.
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and influence positive safety behaviours throughout project teams.
