You are an accomplished, adaptable Project Manager who doesn't just manage projects — you command them. You possess the unique blend of technical precision and operational leadership required to successfully steer high-stakes, $100M+ builds in complex environments. Whether navigating the logistics of heavy civil earthworks or managing the tight tolerances of structural commercial builds, you have the confidence to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Proven Large-Scale Expertise: A documented track record of delivering major projects (ideally $50M–$100M+) across civil infrastructure, commercial construction, or complex hybrid portfolios.
Regional & Remote Capability: The adaptability needed to manage remote supply chains, regional sub-contractor networks, and the unique climatic challenges of northern and regional Australia.
Versatile Project Leadership: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the presence to lead multi-disciplinary teams on site and manage client stakeholders.
Mobility & Drive: Based out of our vibrant Darwin hub, you possess the energy and willingness to travel frequently to where the action is.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline with 10+ years commercial and civil construction experience with a Principal Contractor
