About You!
As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of major civil, commercial and infrastructure projects across Northern Australia. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and key stakeholders, you will coordinate technical construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is an opportunity to be involved in complex, high-value projects while developing your expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management and site operations.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
• Proven Project Delivery Experience: A strong track record supporting the successful delivery of major civil, infrastructure, commercial or industrial projects. You have experience coordinating technical, commercial and construction activities while helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Technical & Site Coordination Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, procurement, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance and construction methodologies across complex project environments. You are confident interpreting drawings, specifications and contract requirements and translating them into effective site outcomes.
• Regional & Remote Capability: The adaptability to work across regional and remote project locations, managing supply chain constraints, contractor interfaces and the unique environmental challenges associated with northern and regional Australia.
• Collaborative Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients. You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced project environments.
• Mobility & Commitment to Delivery: Based out of our vibrant Darwin hub, you possess the flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to project sites, remaining actively involved in project execution from planning through to completion.
