We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team, supporting leaders across a dynamic, project-driven environment.
This is a key role, providing practical HR advice, while contributing to workforce recruitment, performance, culture, and compliance across the business.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high impact HR Programs that strengthen workforce performance and culture, while ensuring HR plans support operational priorities
Develop, lead, and implement HR initiatives to improve workforce engagement, retention, and compliance
Use HR data and analytics to identify workforce trends and root causes, translating insights into evidence based solutions and strategic advice
Provide employee relations advice and support across all departments and projects
Participate in end to end recruitment activities as required, including developing job descriptions
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
Recognised tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
5+ years of Human Resource experience
Exposure to construction or similar project-based industry
Proven record in leading and implementing HR initiatives and people programs
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS and HR metrics
In-depth knowledge of Australian HR/IR legislation and best practices, including Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards and WHS requirements
