Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful completion of the project within budget, time, contract and quality requirements. This incorporates the responsibility for appropriate site supervision, contract administration of projects and all associated reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project operations in accordance with project directives and deliverables
Provide oversight and guidance on trade package scoping
Liaise with the Site Manager to ascertain any design errors, omissions and ambiguity for follow up and resolution
Identification of areas of risk and opportunities in the project and in each trade package for resolution
Manage and contribute to the preparation of reports to the clients as required
Review/Assist the preparation of subcontract trade packages, calling of tenders and approve recommendations prior to review

Skills & Experience
Recognised relevant qualification or minimum of 15 years in the civil industry with senior level experience on major projects
Complete understanding of civil materials and methods
Project programming experience
Excellent time management, personnel management and organisational skills
