Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding
Undertake end to end recruitment activity for roles as assigned by the Human Resources Manager or People and Performance Lead.
Manage recruitment requisition requests through the HRIS.
Liaise with recruitment agencies where required for specific roles.
Screen incoming resumes and applications; maintain candidate databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews; communicate with candidates and interviewers.
Undertake reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
Prepare recruitment recommendation emails and forward to the General Manager for approval.
Ensure timely and accurate administration of the Resource & Recruitment Tracker and / or efficient and accurate use of the HRIS.
Assist with the onboarding of new starters, including the delivery of induction presentations to new starters and maintenance of relevant people registers and notifications to the business.
Provide and collate reports as required by the People and Performance Lead.
